How do I make an appointment?
Please contact Executive Health Management for appointments on (03)9642 0700 during office hours. All enquiries are treated with a very high level of confidentiality.
The private rooms are at:
- Level 3, 415 Bourke Street, Melbourne.
Appointments with Leanne are available:
- Every Wednesday morning
- Lunchtime and before work appointments are available
- All consultations are booked for at least 20 to 30 minutes
- Longer consultations are available on request
- Hours of operation and levels of service will be increased according to demand
